Bharat Sumedha (सुमेधा, sanskrit for sound intelligence) operates this website. The site describes a sovereign intelligence system and invites conversation with governments, industrial houses, and institutional partners. It does not sell anything.

The site is public, but engagement is by introduction only. Submitting the introduction form is a request to talk, not an application for an account, a trial, or a service level.

We read every request and answer directly. Where there is a fit, we open a channel. We may decline or defer any request without giving reasons.

When you use this site or write to us, you agree not to:

• — break any law that applies to you;
• — submit anything false, misleading, or belonging to someone else;
• — probe, scan, or burden the site or its infrastructure;
• — copy, frame, or republish the site as your own.

The site, its copy, marks, and design belong to Bharat Sumedha or its licensors. Nothing here assigns any right in Sumedha, its architecture, or its roadmap. Material shared privately under NDA stays confidential and remains ours.

Content on this site is general information about our direction. It is not advice, not a proposal, and not a commitment to deliver any capability, date, or outcome. Any future engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.

If a court holds us liable despite this section, our total liability for any claim connected to the site is limited to INR 10,000.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction, without regard to conflict rules.

We may update these terms and will post the current version here with its effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
